You absolutely need the Storytel app if you want to access the content. You can download it to your tablet or smartphone for free. Please note the minimum requirement of Android 5 or iOS 13. If these requirements are not met, you cannot download the app and cannot use the service.

There is a flat rate for both, so you can access both formats without restrictions. Unfortunately, you cannot access Storytel's content from your PC. So you have to use your smartphone or get a special e-book reader.
